Exploratory Chat

You’ll meet with our CTO, Chris. He’s leveraging his background at DeepMind and Google to push Batelle into best-in-class tech practices. During this interview he’ll ask you about your background and make sure to leave you time to ask questions

Skills Assessment

For technical roles you’ll have a 90-minute pair programming exercise with a member of our engineering team. The goal of this is to learn how you think through a problem versus needing to necessarily have something polished to deliver.

Meet the Team

You’ll have a chance to meet with other members of the engineering team as well as our VP of Product and CEO.
